Software that works for your whole team
Every dispatcher, owner, and driver deserves tools they can actually use. WixCargo is committed to making our carrier management software and marketing site accessible to people with disabilities — because inclusive design is better design for everyone.
Our goal
We aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA over time and to meet obligations under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) where they apply to our service.
What we’ve built so far
Today the application includes semantic HTML in many views, ARIA labels on interactive controls, keyboard-accessible forms, and readable contrast in our primary design system. We’re actively improving areas that still need work.
Where we’re still improving
We’re honest about gaps so you know what to expect:
- Interactive route maps rely heavily on visual controls.
- Some modals and live chat interfaces need stronger focus management for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- PDF exports may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technology.
If accessibility is critical to your team, tell us your workflow — we prioritize fixes that unblock real users.

Third-party integrations
Embedded maps, QuickBooks, and other connected services follow those vendors’ own accessibility statements. We choose partners carefully and advocate for inclusive experiences across the stack.
