Commitment
WixCargo aims to make the carrier application and public marketing site usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as a product quality requirement, not a separate marketing claim.
Standard
We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and toward obligations under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) where they apply to our service.
Current support
The product includes semantic HTML in many views, ARIA labels on interactive controls, keyboard-accessible forms, and readable contrast in the primary design system. Work continues in areas that do not yet meet our target.
Known limitations
- Interactive route maps rely heavily on visual controls
- Some modals and live chat interfaces need stronger focus management for keyboard and screen-reader users
- PDF exports may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technology
If accessibility affects a critical workflow for your team, contact us with the specific path. We prioritize fixes that unblock real operational use.
Reporting barriers
Contact support@wixcargo.com with the page URL and a brief description. We will provide information in an alternative format when practicable and track remediation on our roadmap.
Third-party components
Embedded maps, QuickBooks, and other connected services follow those vendors’ own accessibility statements. We select partners carefully and continue to press for inclusive experiences across the stack.
